Hastings AC is a part of the Sussex Grand Prix and a list of the SGP Fixtures can be found on the link.  You enter these races directly with the race organisers but points are awarded to us as a Club and also for individuals.

Points are awarded according to the runner's finishing position, 1st place earns 500 points, 2nd place 499, and so on. The scoring is separate for males and females.

Individual's points totals are obtained from a runner's best 6 scoring races at any distance.

Team scores are calculated on a race-by-race basis according to finishing positions of each team's runners.
